Materials needed:

Used can - rinsed out
Craft Paint
Wire Hanger
Wire Cutters
Duct Tape
Raffia
Greeting Cards, Magazine Pictures, etc.

Procedure:

Paint can with craft paint and allow to dry.

Cut a length of wire hanger and bend to form the handle.

Cut a picture from a magazine, greeting card, etc. to adorn the can.

Glue picture to can, tape wire inside can, and tie raffia bow around handle.
