have a comprehensive solid waste management plan in Cambria
County, the public must be aware of what must be done to achieve
this goal. It is the function of the CCSWA Education Coordinator
to carry out such education through various types of media.
My primary medium is free educational presentations and programs
for all "students" throughout Cambria and northern
Somerset Counties.
